Paul VB - Thanks, that was what I basically thought. I think I need to just dive in and check it out. I wonder if this type of feature is possible in the near future. Thanks for you reply. Any devs have any thoughts?

Paul Thanks for the input, Jung. Are those examples out of the box or modded out by third party?

Jung Kim Thanks, have you checked out [5892,SportzHype]'s site, http://www.sportzhype.com or [53,Maxwell Gover]'s site, http://www.siimphony.com? They both seem to be doing kind of what you are looking for. I will still add this as a requested feature. Thanks [1007,VoiceBee]!

    IS THIS POSSIBLE WITH SEC?
Please note: I have not yet activated trial period and not
used SEC yet due to time restraints. I am basing knowledge off what I
have read (which may not be enough). I have asked about this - SE and a
    notable contributor on here.

HOPEFULLY I CAN EXPLAIN THIS CORRECTLY :)
    I
want to be able to have "tiles" or "panels" with topics that members
change comment on/post pics, etc.. Think of each tile being a tile/panel being a specialized area. Use this example: One
tile being basketball, another tile being football, etc... Each tile
being a sport. Members would be able to post an individual topic on that
tile/panel. Pick FOOTBALL. I post  "GO EAGLES" (which is the header
line, right?)  and my friend comments " I hate the eagles". Some one
else post (UNDER FOOTBALL Tile/Panel) " Giants will win super
bowl" and 20 members post their comments about that thought and one
posts a pic of a super bowl ring or something, etc..

    I need help knowing
from people who use this software/platform if this is possible before I
move on with SEC. Of course there is more to it than that, but that is the basic idea.
Please let me know your thoughts.

    THANKS !!!

    Need Help Deciding
I am trying to decide if using SE CLOUD is right for me. I would like to set up a social site but concerns with any software are naturally a concern. I have a license with another social platform (don't want to mention in case I infringe on SE policy). My concerns include, but not limited to, the 3rd party Dev. support, Community Support, quality of 3rd Party apps/mods and (in this case) SE interaction - i.e. from this company, do they respond to requests, are they engaged in the community, etc.. or are they done with you when after you pay for license.
I don't know if I just opened a can of worms, that was not my intention. I am just hoping for community response and feed back.
Overall I am asking myself "Self, is this a good buy?" and the right way to go. I honestly like what I have seen but if this platform is limited and not going anywhere then perhaps I should continue to weigh my options.

Please keep in mind that I am not a coder and pretty much a noobie.

    Thanks All

Kimmie Yes, fantastic out-of-the-box platform. Go with the two week free trial and I'm positive you won't be disappointed.

Paul Thanks for feed back! I have dealt with support and they did in fact respond to questions promptly - it was related to the 14 day trial.

Any feed back on developers? I know, with any community, as there is in life, there are good and bad. I was curious if developers were active in the community. I think SE has an SDK out (big plus there).

Arnfinn Ingebrigtsen Hi, I was Exactly as you. But I figured out that I should get me a trial account and then use the support as much as I can and need. I found that they are very helpful. The longest time I have waited is 24 houres, but that may be because I live in Norway and the support team is in USA.

When it comes to the script and server, it is great. Stability is great. I actually love the system.
For the first time in my website life, I have found something that works straight out of the box without needing to add lots of stuff. However, I am always looking to improve it. So I designed a new theme.
For what it is worth, this is the greatest complete system I have used. No need of coding experience.
