      Donna Hi Dave,

I've moved this to the Addon & Plugin Discussion category for you. :)

Good idea. Right now, 3rd party experts have only just gotten a copy of 4.9 beta. Perhaps once they've had time to look it over, they can post when their plugins are updated.

      Have a good weekend!

    Problem WIth Contact Us Form

gs I hope you don't mind the suggestion: have you tried SES' All In One Multiple Forms Plugin? If not, I'd highly recommend checking out the demo. I've only been using it for a short while, but it's a very useful plugin - even if only used to create a more useful Contact Form. Just my 2 cents.

gs Hi Dave, Glad it's working out so well. SES has quite a few useful plugins - things that 'plug the holes' to make a site more complete. The Page-Builder and Site Tour Plugins are very handy to me (there's so much you can do with the Page-Builder Plugin, and the Site Tour works great to allow Demo Users of different MLs to access the site. Anyway, glad you found a useful solution to your issue here. Wishing you much success with your site. -regards,greg

Dave I really apologise folks. I can't seem to find a place where I can explain a bug in the contact form on my landing page. I tried to insert a couple of screen grabs to show what's happening, but they overwrite each other. Anyone want to have a look, go to www.travelinks.ca and click on the contact link in the footer. No captcha challenge until you click send. Isn't there an easier way to report bugs than having to pay for support? Frustrating as the dickens when something doesn't work and they want me to pay them to fix it. Just sayin!

    terms and privacy missing

I uploaded both terms and privacy as per instructions using the language manager. Every time I go to the manager, there is the copy I pasted. However, when I log out and go to the website - click on the footer links I get a page that says "this is where your term (privacy) goes. I'm in the right mode, change mode to view and clear all cashe. Anyone have a suggestion what I might have missed?

    Thanks very much

      Dave Hello Shivani:

Thank you for your reply. I must apologise, the explanation I gave was probably too vague. Before opening a support ticket, perhaps someone will be able to help if I explain what I did. I made a rookie mistake while trying to insert the terms of service and privacy statement “within the English language pack using the language manager. I copied and pasted from a word doc, and probably inserted the page in the wrong box. I saved the changes, went to the SE home page and clicked on terms. A page appeared that said Terms of Service. No lengthy writing at all. However, when I went back into admin, - language manager, there was the complete page with all the words to the terms of service. This is where I went wrong. I started deleting the entire page of terms of service from within the box. Saved the change and closed admin. Now when I go to SE home page, the footer shows the following.

      Copyright ©2015 - - Privacy - FAQs - Contact - Mobile Site

When I looked at the source code the Terms link is gone and it appears that a chunk of code is missing. (see below). Is there an easy fix do you know? Is there a way to simply re-install the English language pack? I appreciate any help I can get and thank you for your time.

SocialEngine PHP MGR Hi Dave, if your site is multilingual, then please make sure that you're accessing the site in the same language while being logged-in and after logging-out. If that's the case, please make sure that you've translated the 'Privacy' and 'Terms of service' phrases for all the language packs available on your website.
Since this is not a known issue in SocialEngine PHP, If above doesn't work then the issue seems to be coming because of some specific problem on your installation and in that case please open a support ticket to enable us look into it.
